If you want to provide your employees with direct access to their personal pay, benefits, performance information, or any other payroll or HR-related information, the Ultipro portal does just that. The n31 Ultipro portal provides a convenient and interactive way to allow your employees to have access to pay information and resources right at their fingertips.

These are the guidelines for your employees to access and use the self-service portal.

Using n31 Ultipro

The portal can be used to do the following:

  • Access and request paid time off
  • View, edit, recalculate, and submit timesheets
  • Update, add or delete personal information
  • Access and manage tax withholdings
  • View, access, print, and download pay stubs and W-2’s

The n31 Ultipro portal can be used on a mobile device by downloading the app, or on a pc by using the following link: https://n31.ultipro.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fLogin.

Login Issues With n31 Ultipro Portal

When you click on the link or open the app for the portal, you will be required to enter your username and password. If you can’t remember your password and you have previously logged into the portal, you will need to click on the forgot password link. From there you can enter your username to receive password reset instructions by email, or you can enter your username and access code to reset your password.

If you don’t know your username or password you will need to contact your system administrator for assistance. If you are attempting to access the portal from your home or mobile device, you will need to verify with your administrator that these services are turned on.

Completing n31 Ultipro New User Activation

You will need to access your company’s work portal and select Ultipro. You will then be prompted to enter your date of birth, social security number, and work email address. You will then receive an email with a link to complete the activation process. Once you click on the link you will receive a prompt to change your password.

Once you create a new password your direct access to n31 Ultipro will be activated. This means that you can access the Ultipro portal directly without needing to sign on to your company’s portal.

Employee Menu Overview

When you log into your n31 Ultipro account, you will see your dashboard with various navigation links. Under the “Myself” link you will have access to the following menu options:

  • Personal- This is where your personal information such as name, address, and telephone number is stored.
  • Jobs- This provides you with a job summary, including compensation, history, review, and other types of pay.
  • Pay- This tab is for accessing pay-related items. This includes direct deposit, pay stubs, W-2’s, tax withholdings, pay history, and YTD information.
  • Benefits- Located under this tab would give you access to your time off information, and a summary of all benefits that you have with the company.
